Driver Recruitment and Assessment
We consult with clients through all stages of the driver selection process, whether company driver or lease operator, conducting a skill-set assessment in comparison with client needs and projected job tasks; completing thorough reference checks, assessing driver abstract and incident histories, and conducting an on-road evaluation. We then assist with enhanced safety and skill training of the applicant.
Driver File Maintenance
To support compliance with regulatory requirements, we assist clients with the setup and maintenance of driver files. We monitor and maintain master driver databases for our clients and supply monthly advance notification of expiration of key driver information, such as driver licenses and TDG/WHMIS certificates.
