The Incident Management & Loss Prevention
workshop teaches managers and administrators how to properly manage their incident management program and how to use very basic risk management keys to properly measure the risk and prevent losses within the organization. The program also deals with National Safety Code profiles. A three year claim history from insurance companies and internal information collection is used to assist in the process.
