Kathleen O'Neill
joined Advantage Fleet Services in 2010 and has been providing corporate training and communication services to private industry and the government sector in Northern BC since 1997. She delivers a valued suite of services including: marketing, program development and management, and group facilitation. Kathleen’s clients include the oil and gas industry, educational institutions, first nations, municipal and provincial government, and non-profit organizations.
Professional Experience
Kathleen is well known in northeast British Columbia for successfully providing training to a variety of businesses, including assisting industry to meet procurement requirements regarding competency and safety. Kathleen has earned a reputation throughout the region as a dynamic trainer, able to engage and motivate groups, particularly employees, to incorporate safety into their daily lives. Kathleen’s passion for promoting driver safety to the northern BC’s workforce makes her a valuable addition to our team and an excellent resource for our northern clientele.
Qualifications / Associations / Accreditation
Kathleen was an ICBC-approved service provider for the MISSION POSSIBLE @ Work® program, and has delivered promotional presentations, train-the-facilitator workshops, and facilitated road safety sessions to numerous companies and organizations, including the oil and gas industry. She is a member of Energy Services BC and a former member of BC’s Oil and Gas Service Sector Advisory Committee, reporting to the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.
