Risk and Safety Assessments

We conduct a cursory or comprehensive assessment of your safety system and provide a detailed report-card for you before we leave. We consult with clients and develop an action plan to address exposures to risk, enhancing current policies and procedures that work for clients with industry "best practices". We can then assist clients with implementation of the action plan and ongoing evaluation, and prepare a Fleet Safety and Policy Manual to reflect the client's new risk management system. We specialize in the development of fleet safety and training programs for:

• Cities and municipalities
• The logging industry (including job safety breakdowns (JSB) and standard operating procedures)
